Dr. Alice Linkletter offers clients unique solutions that are the result of an uncommon synthesis of scientific rigor, practical experience, and human empathy. Alice started in research and academia, then expanded to consulting and employment across multiple industries including financial services, information technology, and health, and across corporate, non-profit, and government sectors. Over the past 25 years, she has seen the world of work and people from the perspectives of both an external management consultant and coach, as well as an in-house consultant and people leader. Her breadth and depth of experience make her a versatile and highly effective partner to diverse and varied clients, from Fortune 100 to small businesses, to individuals.​

Alice’s former clients and employers include Raytheon, Accenture, Travelers, Rich Products, Cigna, Wolters Kluwer, The Public Health Institute, MassHealth, TERC, The University at Buffalo, Suffolk University, and Harvard University. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Hampshire College and her Ph.D. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. She has authored over 20 scholarly papers and publications with 875+ citations of her work and has been recognized with numerous professional and academic awards.

Alice founded Alink360 LLC as a way to more fully realize her life’s work and intention to be a positive influence on the human experience from every angle by strengthening individuals, teams, and organizations.​
